If you’re yet to sample one of PlayStation’s greatest ever games, there’s no excuse for PS Plus Premium members: Sony has added a two hour trial of The Last of Us: Part 2 Remastered to the top-tier of its subscription service. That 120 minutes should give you just enough time to see the title’s controversial twist, which will either hook you or turn you off entirely. Without spoiling anything, let’s just say you’ll look at golf clubs in a different way.
While it’s largely an underrated and underdiscussed aspect of PS Plus Premium, there are actually a ton of titles you can try out, in their entirety, with the service. Remember, you can choose to either download the games or stream them with the surprisingly effective cloud gaming function. And if you’re not sure which titles are available, check out our All PS Plus Games guide for the complete lowdown.

No I won’t try The Last of Us 2. Not on a plane or a train, and not with my green…
Title fail.😝 You can’t put “PS+” in the title and “PS+ Premium” in the article for what amounts to a “should be free for everyone anyway” demo. I’ve lost track of all the price increases but isn’t Premium like twice the price of Essential, $80 to $160? No 2 hour trial is worth that. Any of it.🤑
I know it’s not your fault Sony has a stupid, to put it mildly, naming system, but if you’re going to take the time to write the article then at least make the title accurately match.🤷🏻♂️
Is 2 hours enough time to see...that scene 👀 it is, isnt it?
Bought the PS4 version and can't bring myself to pay £10 for the PS5 version. That's how much I liked it...
Biggest disappointment of the generation for me.
Watch the trial run out just before the golfing starts
Surprised they haven't added a trial for gran Turismo 7 yet
Shouldn't that game just be on ps plus at this point? I mean, wasn't that the entire selling point of plus extra and premium to have the exclusive library a little while after retail release.
I guess at this point they've plateaued subs and see little point in adding value... classic
or shocker you could put the 4 year old ps4 version on ps+ extra
How many people actually use Game Trials? The (what felt like) years I was subbed to Premium I never used any of them, something about the specified time limit I find off putting. If they just said "demo" I wouldn't care but I see "2 hours" and I think why bother lol
The best game ever made on multiple levels. The PS5 version is amazing, too. No Return is a seriously underrated mode right now. It is incredibly fun, challenging, and addicting. The human AI is the closest I've ever come to playing versus real players on Grounded. I've played hundreds of hours of this game across both generations and and I still see new animations every time I play. I cannot recommend this game enough, I've played THOUSANDS of game and I swear this is the best!
@Frmknst Or just try it for free, or the money you already paying for PS Plus. I did the Fallout 4 modern upgrade , and although it was only $10, wasn't worth it.
Oooh! TWO whole hours? You might as well not even bother purchasing the full game with that generous amount of time offered!
@neon-xxiv lmao get a life!
